This was an absolute beautiful remodel which the customer and their neighbors absolutely loved the results! Our customer had a beautiful vision of how she wanted her home, and we were proud to meet and exceed those expectations!

In addition to some of the featured items below, we prepped all walls by removing and filling old alarm system components left behind; repairing cracks; filling holes; sanding; priming & painting for a smooth perfect finish. In addition to sanding and painting all doors.

The upper floor consisted of a very large master bedroom with a seperate office at the far end. Our customer wanted a wall with a door added to create a hallway, separating the master from the office, in which the office will become a man cave. Additionally we also:

-Created outlets that were placed on both sides of the head of the bed.

-Added additional lighting to the hallway with a switch to balance out the look and lighting.

-Remove unnecessary electrical switches.

-Prepped, filled holes & cracks, sanded, primed and painted all walls.

The lower floor had one long wall the separated the living room from the 2 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms on the other side. The challenge posed was you had to walk all the way around the wall in order to access that part of the home. The owner had a brilliant solution… add an archway!

-The inside hallway was painted two tones with a chair rail

-Archway was perfectly centered on the rear wall between doorways.

-Chair rail was painted and reinstalled.

-Prepped, filled holes & cracks, sanded, primed and painted all walls.

This split bathroom on the bottom floor was once only separated by a poorly-functioning pocket door. We completely closed it in so now one bedroom has it’s own separate bathroom from the hallway bathroom.

-Pocket door and trim were completely removed.

-walls were re-framed in for new wall.

-It was essential to not damage tile on either side of the wall.

-Prepped, filled holes & cracks, sanded, primed and painted all walls.

We replaced, added or moved several of the lighting fixtures in the home. It really brought an entire new life to each of the rooms with her well-chosen colors and decor!
